Australia in the World Cup

Sure, they’re not expected to make it past the first round, but Australia is sending a team to the 2006 World Cup! They’ve only made it two times before, so qualifying was a tough road. Looks like they might not have to worry about it in 2022, however – they’re hoping to host the Cup.
